When will the product I ordered be delivered?

For orders placed by credit card, bank approval is received instantly and your order is immediately taken into the preparation process. For orders placed via bank transfer, payments are checked at the beginning of each business day, and orders with confirmed payments are taken into preparation.

All information regarding the shipping process is sent to the email address registered in our system. The products you have purchased are delivered to the cargo company as soon as possible for shipment to you. After the cargo company receives the package, delivery is completed within a maximum of 5 business days, depending on your location. In areas with door-to-door delivery, packages are delivered to your address; in areas without door-to-door delivery, packages are delivered to the relevant cargo branch.
